Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with the ability to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding
- Build and maintain hardscapes including pathways, patios, and retaining walls
- Trim trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
- Operate mechanical equipment for digging, planting, and snow plowing
- Provide excellent customer service while working on residential and commercial properties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and hardscape construction
- Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
