Responsibilities:

- Provide sales and service support to our existing clients and prospect

- Maintain and build client relationships

- Handle incoming customer inquiries in person, phone, email, and chat

- Acquire and maintain an awareness of client’s insurance needs

- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our database

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent people skills, phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
