Key Responsibilities
- Develop mining plans and designs to meet production requirements.
- Perform technical supervision of mining operations.
- Evaluate mining projects for potential safety and environmental risks.
- Identify and suggest solutions to process inefficiencies.
- Assist in the selection of various mining equipment.
- Maintain records of all mining operations.
- Stay current with industry trends and standards.
- Develop strategies to improve safety and enhance productivity.
- Bachelors degree in mining engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in Mine Engineering, AutoCAD, and surveying.
- 5 years of experience in mining operations.
- Knowledge of hard rock mining techniques.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
