Background The Energy Division is undergoing a transformation towards clean technologies, presenting numerous new business opportunities. Alfa Laval is active in the entire hydrogen value chain, with our heat transfer technologies as core components. Our proprietary technologies and heat transfer expertise, combined with global manufacturing capabilities, are essential to accelerating the hydrogen economy through our mission to facilitate affordable and efficient solutions at an industrial scale. About the Job This is a newly created position, giving you the unique opportunity to shape the role and the direction of our Electro Fuel Cell Technology business unit. You will start with a clean slate and play a crucial role in a 7-person team comprising both white and blue-collar colleagues. In this role, you will be responsible for: Developing and optimizing production processes for electrolyzer and fuel cell systems. Collaborating with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies. Implementing and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency in production. Troubleshooting and resolving production issues to ensure smooth operations. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and driving innovation in production methodologies. Coordinator of ERP system for production. Who You Are To succeed and thrive in this role, you should be flexible and proactive in co-creating processes that optimize production efficiency and quality. You should be a team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to driving sustainable solutions. What You Know We believe you have a degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering. Experience in production engineering, ideally within the field of hydrogen technology or renewable energy systems would be advantageous. Proficiency in Swedish is required. Strong analytical and technical skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
