Mid Carolina Credit Union is Hiring a Chief Executive Officer Near Lugoff, SC
Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the CEO provides leadership, direction, profitability, growth, motivation
and guidance to the company and its employees. The CEO will be responsible for all aspects of sound credit union management and leadership to include:
- Leadership and support for all operational areas
- Federal, state and regulatory compliance
- Sound asset/liability management
- Productive communication between Board, Management, staff and membership
- Oversight of annual budget and strategic plan, as approved by the Board of Directors
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 10 years of credit union or banking experience in a leadership capacity
- Demonstrated strategic planning and implementation skills
- Advanced understanding of corporate income statements and balance statements.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
