Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to join our team. As a Case Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need. Duties:
- Conduct assessments and interviews to determine clients' needs and develop individualized service plans
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage clients' self-sufficiency and personal growth
- Assist clients in crisis intervention situations, providing immediate support and connecting them with appropriate resources
- Collaborate with other professionals and community organizations to coordinate services for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, documenting all interactions and progress made
- Monitor clients' progress towards their goals, providing ongoing support and making necessary adjustments to service plans

Requirements:
- Previous experience in case management or human service is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport with diverse populations and establish trusting relationships
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Suite

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
