SUMMARY

Our client is a small, well-established / highly diverse, two-plant manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will supervise a professional team and be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO, executive team, and owners to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong MANUFACTURING background in finance and management.

PACKAGE

Base salary to 170K, annual bonus, full benefits, and paid relocation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and present financial recommendations to CEO, Board of Directors, and Owners.
• Drive financial planning and analysis efforts.
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions.
• Manage relationships with banks.
• Manage a small team of finance / accounting, and IT professionals.

REQUIREMENTS

• 15 years of progressive accounting / finance experience - including 5 years as a "CFO" - within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelors in Finance / Accounting - MBA preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background & credit check.
