Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team at one of the most luxury apartment communities at Renaissance at North Park Apartments . The ideal candidate will have a passion for leasing and exceptional customer service skills. If you are detail-oriented, possess strong negotiation abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information about available units
- Assist applicants with the leasing process and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
- Utilize Onesite or similar software to maintain accurate tenant records and lease agreements
- Handle inquiries from current and prospective tenants regarding leasing terms, rent payments, and maintenance requests
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conducting unit inspections as needed
- Utilize strong upselling techniques to promote additional services or amenities
- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective tenants

Experience:

- Previous experience in multi-family industry required
- Ability to effectively negotiate lease terms and resolve tenant concerns
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving leasing targets
