As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead (also known as Lean Manufacturing Specialist, Six Sigma Lead), you'll spearhead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings. You'll implement Lean Manufacturing Principles and Six Sigma methodologies, conduct root cause analysis, utilize data analysis and manipulation techniques for decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. You'll also have the opportunity to train and mentor team members on continuous improvement best practices.
