We are looking for an energetic candidate to join our Office staff. The Lead Administrator will oversee the Office staff and guide them through their questions and facilitate their success in their career path with West. The Lead Administrator will be responsible for daily production posting, accounts receivable, scheduling when needed, collections, entering new sales, working closely with the Office Manager, Branch Manager, Sales Manager and all other upper management. Experience with managing a small staff is preferred but not required for the right candidate. We do require a clean MVR, a background check as well as a hair follicle drug screen before being selected as an employee.
