About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) care. As a CVOR Nurse, you will provide top-notch patient care, embrace a multidisciplinary approach, and contribute to a culture of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in Perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room settings.
• Utilize AORN and ABPANC core curriculum and certification standards in your practice.
• Engage in evidence-based care models to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
• Precept new healthcare professionals and support a culture of continuous learning.
• Foster a patient-centered approach, prioritizing wellness and innovative clinical practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing-approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least 6 months of OR nursing experience or completion of a specialized Fellowship program.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, valid for 60 days post-hire.

Preferred Skills:

• State License RN with previous cardiovascular operating room experience.
