Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our Christian Dance Studio. As a Dance Instructor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and teach students of all ages and skill levels. If you have a love for dance and enjoy working with children, this is the perfect position for you.

Duties:

- Develop and implement dance lesson plans for various age groups and skill levels

- Teach students different dance styles, techniques, and choreography

- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills

- Create a positive and supportive learning environment

- Coordinate and choreograph dance performances for recitals

- Ensure the safety of students during dance classes

- Maintain accurate attendance records

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Dance Instructor or in a related role

- Strong knowledge of various dance styles, including ballet, jazz, hip-hop, tap, contemporary, etc.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well with children of all ages

- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs

- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline

- Must be able to pass a background check
