Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Foreman to join our team. As the Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shop, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with assisting others with their tasks to keep operation's going.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise shop personnel, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and organization
- Oversee maintenance and repair of shop equipment
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shop Supervisor or similar role in the Industrial industry
- Strong knowledge of maintenance/preventive maintenance
- Proficient in construction type of work: Measuring, Cutting, ect.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
