Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team at an entry level. The ideal candidate will have experience in social work. The role involves providing support to patients in a clinical setting and utilizing skills in medical documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treament plans for individuals, and provide counseling and support services to patients and families
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Implement behavioral interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure holistic care
- Utilize knowledge of ICD-9 coding for accurate medical documentation

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Familiarity with medical records systems and documentation procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
