Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Specialist at Technology Plus in Louisville, KY. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing customer service. Daily tasks may include network maintenance, system upgrades, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring network security, and assisting customers with technology-related inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of network administration and information technology
  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Understanding of network security best practices
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
