QSR Recruiting is Hiring a District Manager Near Louisiana, MO

Job description

Large QSR Group is looking for a talented District Manager with 3 years of relevant district manager/multi-unit management experience in food service, to oversee restaurant operations of 5-7 high volume QSR restaurants.

The ideal candidate will be people and customer focused. They will work with a sense of urgency to serve the customer’s and their people’s needs. Must be able to multi-task, and will possess strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.

District Manager is responsible for:

  • ·Overall operations of 5-7 high volume QSRs
  • Coaching and Teaching General Managers how to staff their restaurants.
  • The P&L performance of each store.
  • ·Learning and being able to teach the Company’s Brand Standards
  • Teaching Sense of Urgency, and the importance of Speed of Service
  • Creating and managing budgets
  • All food safety procedures, in accordance with company procedures and health regulations, and understands how to take corrective actions as appropriate
  • Being highly visible in their stores and understands how to prioritize and schedule their time depending on each store’s needs.
  • Interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching GMs, Management and their staff as needed.
  • Coaching and assisting General Managers regarding the cleanliness and organization of their stores.

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years District Manager/MUM Manager experience (in high volume QSR concepts)
  • Proven track record in financials, staffing, customer evaluation index results, food safety and voice of the customer program.
  • Valid DL in good standing
  • Flexibility to work any days/shifts as needed
  • Undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
  • HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
  • We are looking for candidates with a STRONG BACKGROUND IN QSR EXPERIENCE.
  • Candidates must be hands-on Servant Leaders, this is a MUST for the job.
