**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing quality care to patients and ensure a comfortable dental visit experience. **Responsibilities:** - Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures - Set up and prepare equipment and instruments - Take X-rays and process dental X-ray film - Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures - Maintain accurate patient records and schedule appointments - Perform infection control procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment **Requirements:** - Certification or Associate degree in Dental Assisting - Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and sterilization methods - Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus - Proficiency in using dental software systems like Dentrix or Epic - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical coding - Ability to perform X-rays and use aseptic techniques - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience as a dental receptionist is advantageous Join our team and enjoy the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills are valued, and professional growth is encouraged.

Pay: $22.95 - $24.07 per hour
