Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Provide support in setting up and configuring computer systems, including hardware and software installations.
- Assist in the installation and updating of software applications.
- Monitor and maintain computer networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Address user inquiries and provide technical guidance and support.
- Document and maintain records of technical issues, resolutions, and improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
- Enter data into our database systems with speed and accuracy.
- Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
- Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data.
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
- Assist in generating reports and preparing data for analysis.
- Follow all data entry procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of data at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Certified Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
