Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our team. As a School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to ensure academic success.

Duties:
- Create and deliver lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Develop engaging and interactive teaching materials
- Use effective teaching strategies to facilitate student learning
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- First aid certification is preferred

Education:
- Minimum High School Diploma
