We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA Loomis Basin Veterinary Clinic.

As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:
- Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
- Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.

We have a supportive and fun team of team board-certified specialists in internal medicine, surgery, critical care, oncol, cardiology and radiology; as well as a large team of rockstar ER clinicians and general practice veterinarians.
Our hospital campus is on nine beautiful acres in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains, set amongst oak trees, a creek and pond and shared with wildlife. VCA Animal Hospital offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance. 401(k) retirement plan, pet care discounts, paid vacation, holidays and sick days, and health and well-being programs that provide resources and training.
