TEWS is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist Near Longwood, FL
- Our construction partner is seeking a customer-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist.*
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of Industrial / construction billing and AR experience.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables)
- Strong working knowledge of revenue recognition, progress billing, and pay when paid
- Experience with Timberline Sage 300 or COINS highly preferred
- Valid FL driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices and billing documents to be sent directly to customers or general contractors.
- Maintain records and files for accounts receivable.
- Conduct account reconciliations.
- Monitor and address outstanding customer accounts for collection efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments regarding customer billing and any discrepancies.
- Ensure prompt and accurate handling of customer resolution issues.
