iClassPro - Class Management Software is Hiring a Cloud Administrator Near Longview, TX

Purpose: The Microsoft Cloud Administrator will manage and oversee our Microsoft 365 and Intune environments. The role involves ensuring our cloud services' seamless integration and functioning with our existing IT infrastructure, focusing on efficiency, security, and scalability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer Microsoft 365 cloud services (Ex: Entra, Defender, Intune, exchange, SharePoint)
  • Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and efficient cloud operations
  • Implement and maintain cloud management solutions for monitoring and managing cloud infrastructure
  • Work with systems administrators and desktop support to integrate cloud solutions and manage deployments
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies across cloud services
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of cloud architectures and configurations
  • Proactively identify and implement improvements and optimizations in the cloud environment
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on cloud services and tools
  • Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft Intune
  • Automation using scripting languages like PowerShell
  • Experience in managing hybrid cloud environments
  • Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or similar technology
  • Proficiency in cloud security best practices and data protection regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Effective communication skills, capable of interfacing well with other departments and management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proactive in staying updated with the latest developments in cloud computing
  • Proven experience in cloud administration, specifically with Microsoft Azure and Intune
  • Familiarity with Azure AD, network setup, and hybrid cloud configurations
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Windows and Mac environments
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications in Microsoft Azure are a plus
  • Experience in a multi-country operational setting is desirable
