POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Serve the sales organization as the primary SME and leader for the functional success and administration of various sales tool applications (HubSpot CRM, Xait CPQ, etc.)
  • Work together with the Director of Sales Operations to implement and maintain a top-to-bottom sales funnel across the portfolio.
  • Support the overarching strategy behind the applications, considering best practices and organizational and user needs.
  • Create and manage existing and future integrations with sales, marketing, and reporting platforms and tools.
  • Monitor new software releases – evaluating, installing, and training on new functionality that aligns with our needs.
  • Perform complex configuration and maintenance including automation, process flows, formulas, application creation, product configuration maintenance, object model updates, security, user access management, and more.
  • Create, maintain, and refactor databases to ensure integrity, including diagnostic testing and duplicate entry cleansing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Platform(s) Management and Optimization: Ensure the Sales Department System platforms are fully leveraged to meet business needs. This includes managing user accounts, workflows, pipelines, custom fields, and ensuring data hygiene/integrity. Note: current systems are CRM (Hubspot), CPQ (Xait), and may change and/or grow over time.
  • Work together with Marketing team as needed to:
    • achieve strategic platform integrations for HubSpot with other systems and tools such as Syteline (ERP), Xait CPQ, social media platforms, lead generation applications, and more.
    • Support as needed all marketing initiatives as they pertain to all sales tools, in particular HubSpot CMS and all integrations with the sales organization
  • Integration and Automation: Create and manage sales tool automation workflows to improve efficiency across the organization, regardless of relationship to sales.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within HubSpot to track KPIs across marketing, sales, and customer service.
    • Use data to inform strategic decisions and optimize processes. Support the sales org in all aspects of knowledge mining from sales systems and tools.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to all sales system users within the organization. Develop documentation, processes, guidelines, and best practices for users.
  • Strategy and Innovation: Work closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies that leverage HubSpot capabilities. Stay updated on HubSpot features and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.

QUALIFICATIONS:


Required Qualifications / Skills:

  • Excellent collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels.
  • Must be able to comfortably speak and train complex concepts to large groups and at all levels of the company.
  • Strong understanding of the HubSpot platform, with the ability to create custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
  • Proficiency with relational databases and database languages
  • Familiarity with APIs, connectors, and custom integration tools
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, growth mindset, and the ability to proactively solve problems.
  • Experience working in highly collaborative teams and cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Project management experience: Successful candidate must have the ability to design and implement a sales systems journey, breakdown phases, and plan/execute/communicate results at an advanced level.
  • Ability to build relationships and provide in-depth training programs on CRM applications to end users to empower systems adoption.

Desired Qualifications / Skills:

  • SQL/MySQL preferred
  • Experience with Xait CPQ a HUGE plus
  • Proven experience in the system administration of a high-performing sales organization

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 4 years as a CRM administrator (preferably HubSpot)
  • Certifications for HubSpot Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs

Work Environment/ Physical Requirements:

Works in fast paced office environment. Many tasks are repetitive in motion and include the use of office equipment (phone, fax, computer, etc.). Must be able to sit (70%), walk/ stand (30%), reach, bend, crouch, twist; manual dexterity required for data entry & other tasks. Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds. Speaking and hearing required to communicate internally and over the phone. Vision, depth perception & color vision required to perform essential duties. Working hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Must be flexible to work additional hours from time to time if required.


Base Compensation:
$90,000-$110,00 is the projected annual salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. You may also be eligible to receive bonus and benefits.


Location:
This is a majority on-site position at SENS offices in Longmont, CO. Opportunity for partial remote work.
