Contracts Manager
Our client is Building Actionable Atmospheric Awareness using weather ballon and satellite technology to Assess, Understand, and Improve ESG Performance to enable financial gain and strategic benefits while improving the global ecology. Our client is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to be the singular point of contact for all matters concerning contracts.
As a startup, many of the contracts are being freshly created in the areas of sales, pricing, government contracts, leases, hiring, NDAs, etc. Someone who has a strong understanding of data contracts, government, and internationally related agreements.
Categories of contracts are in the following areas - master agreements, NDAs, sales agreements, pricing documents. Data contracts for various uses, company, school/university use, government (local, state, military), international, reseller agreements. This person will need to create this department, documents and be able to Grow as Scepter grows.
