Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado is seeking a dedicated and skilled Janitor/Maintenance Worker to join our team on a full-time basis. Job Summary:

As a Building Maintenance/Handyman at ECCNC, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the buildings and surrounding areas tidy and operational. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our facilities are in pristine condition and that any issues are promptly addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building and groundskeeping duties, including but not limited to power washing, trash pickup from parking lots, cleaning windows, and repainting.
• Carry out interior maintenance tasks such as fixing broken office equipment, hanging items, replacing light bulbs, and minor plumbing repairs.
• Painting, replacing ceiling tiles, carpet cleaning etc.
• Ensure restrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the exterior areas, including sidewalks and entryways.
• Travel to offsite locations for minor equipment maintenance
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as required.
• Respond to maintenance requests and perform troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and resolve maintenance needs.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and request restocking as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulations at all times.

Pay: $20.22 - $22.43 per hour
