TEKsystems is hiring a Collections Representative for a leading pharmaceutical company in Longmont, CO!

Description :

• Hybrid role between collections on overdue accounts and reconciliation of Medicaid accounts.
• Will be working through Medicaid accounts to verify money that has been paid and what is remaining to be collected on.
• When are done with reconciliations of accounts, they will support the Collections team and place outbound calls to customers to collect overdue payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

MUST HAVE :

• 1-2 years of Customer Service or Administrative / Clerical experience.
• High School or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Someone who is comfortable working in a call center making a high volume of outbound calls / must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• 2MB minimum of high speed internet required.

NICE TO HAVE :

• Previous Collections experience.
• Previous Billing experience in the healthcare field.
• Previous Pharmaceutical experience.

REMOTE REQUIREMENTS :

• MUST be hard wired into router, cannot use hot spot or Wi-Fi for Internet (will be provided a 5 ft ethernet cord for this).
• MUST be able to work in a private space with no foot traffic due to HIPAA requirements.
• Must be able to work all required hours, will have scheduled breaks / lunch.
• Must live within a commutable distance to the office, and able to pick up equipment on site.
