Construction Concepts, Inc is Hiring a Commercial Construction Project Manager Near Longmont, CO

Construction Concepts, Inc. is a design-build/general contracting firm in Northern Colorado that focusses on projects under 20MM in the private market. CCI is an authorized Chief Buildings distributer and a large portion of our work is in the pre-engineered metal building market; CCI also performs tenant finish, structural steel, masonry, and wood frame projects. Project Managers need to be well versed in all project types.

CCI has a family-oriented culture that is flexible to give our staff a healthy life balance, but we are all high performers in order to achieve this flexibility. The current position that is open is for a strong leader for our construction team; the position requires not only a strong background in commercial construction but also strong people skills, visionary skills, and an overall ambition to be a key part of growing the business. Minimum experience levels are as follows:

7 years commercial construction project management experience

Highly proficient in Blue Beam, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project.

Prolog, ProjectSight experience preferred

LEED certification preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or similar education

Leadership training and certifications are a bonus

References from Past employers, Architect’s, and Owners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
