Responsibilities:

-We entertain customers and make enjoying a cup of coffee an exciting adventure.

-Working on teams to accomplish goals.

-Operating the cash register in a fun and efficient manner.

-Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages with care.

-Stocking and organizing supplies.

-Creating signage to inform and delight customers.

-Helping customers find their favorite items on the menu.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
- Operate the POS system to process transactions and handle cash with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service
- Collaborate with team members to uphold Koufuku Mart's standards of excellence

Qualifications:

-FLUENCY IN MANDARIN AND ENGLISH IS HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in barista roles, is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and order processing
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
- Knowledge of Clover POS
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for the food industry and providing top-notch customer experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
