• Must have fine dining exposure and strong bar ad beverage management skills
• Outdoor service is a major part of this operation, you should love being in the sun!
• Hands-on style of leadership that enjoys working closely with staff, out on the floor during service
• Guest-centric focus and the ability to keep service quality high during peak volume periods
• Understanding of cost controls and restaurant financials
• Strong bar experience and the ability to manage a late-night bar concept
