Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Roll Off Driver to join our team. As a Roll Off Driver, you will be responsible for operating a commercial vehicle to transport and deliver materials using a roll-off container. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and mechanical knowledge. Responsibilities: - Safely operate a roll-off truck to transport and deliver materials to designated locations - Load and unload roll-off containers onto the truck using the front loader - Secure containers properly to ensure safe transportation - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle - Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving - Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups - Communicate with dispatch regarding any issues or delays - Adhere to company policies and procedures Experience: - Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record - Proven experience operating roll-off trucks or similar vehicles - Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles - Strong mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting - Excellent driving skills with the ability to navigate various road conditions - Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the job Skills: - Commercial driving experience - Heavy lifting capabilities - Mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting - Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles - Familiarity with dump trucks, front loader trucks, and flatbeds - Experience as a delivery driver is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages.
