### Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing the perfect apartment home. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ### Duties: - Greet and welcome prospective tenants to the property - Conduct property tours and showcase available units - Assist prospective tenants with the leasing process, including application completion and lease signing - Respond to inquiries from current and prospective tenants regarding rental rates, availability, and lease terms - Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the property, including floor plans, amenities, and community policies - Utilize property management software (such as OneSite or Yardi) to manage leasing activities, update tenant information, and generate reports - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed - Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and distributing promotional materials and maintaining online listings - Provide excellent customer service to current residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner ### Experience: - Previous experience in leasing or sales preferred - Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations - Proficiency in using property management software (such as OneSite or Yardi) - Strong administrative skills, including file management and organization - Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
