Prestigious hospitality organization targeting a Director of Facilities/Engineering to join prestigious team!
Role requires 5 years facility management preferably within hospitality/hotel industry
Must have 3 years Director experience onsite with a large property
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work onsite, Torrance, Ca
Strong compensation: base up to $185k bonus (230k all in!)
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 5 yrs experience Facilities Management at Hotel (required)
- Preventative Maintenance tracking System and Work order system
- Automation Systems (BAS) technologies
- Management Systems (EMS) technologies
- Hospitality capital improvement projects, i.e. public areas and guestrooms renovations, FF&E repair and reupholstering, FF&E
- Inventory practices and procedures
- Compliance

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $165,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
