We are seeking a Chief Digital Officer to oversee all aspects of Lakeshore’s E-Commerce team, including P&L ownership, digital marketing, UX design, web products and app development—with a dotted line to site merchandising. The role will spearhead the growth of Lakeshore’s e-commerce business with a focus on leveraging digital marketing and growth marketing techniques to drive both direct and institutional sales. Applicants should have 10 years of experience in leadership roles within web-first or omnichannel retail. The ideal applicant also possesses exceptional leadership skills with a history of setting and achieving ambitions growth targets.
