We are looking for an experienced medical front office assistant that has a good work ethic to join our podiatry office.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year (or more) experience in billing and front office work
- English and Spanish required
- Can multitask and work efficiently, a team player
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and punctuality
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge and experience with authorizations and medical insurances
- Check in/out patients
- Post patient demographic information
- Answering high volume phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Able to multitask
- Note: this is a temporary position
