Based out of Bristol, NH, we specialize in design-to-build homes by the lake, priding ourselves on custom work and attention to detail.

In this role, you will work alongside 1 or 2 apprentices, contributing to the construction of high-quality, custom homes in the picturesque Newfound Lake area.

• Collaborate with project managers, design team, and clients to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.-Perform carpentry tasks including framing, roofing, siding, trim work, cabinets, kitchens, bathrooms, stairs, decks, and finishing, adhering to high-quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to execute construction projects accurately.-Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors and other trades on-site.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.-Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Complete projects on time and within budget while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship.-Provide input on project planning, scheduling, and logistics as needed.

Qualifications : -Proven experience as a carpenter, with a minimum of 5 years in a lead role.-Strong carpentry skills including layout, framing, roofing, siding, trim work, stairs, and finishing.

• Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices.-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
