As a Project Manager at Dahmes Stainless, you will have the responsibility of managing all aspects of our projects, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure that we exceed expectations and deliver on our commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering on customer commitments made in the proposal
  • Maintaining communication with clients and Dahmes stakeholders
  • Creating and maintaining project schedules, and controlling expenditures within project budgets
  • Facilitating project commissioning
  • Conducting installation inspections for quality and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Able to organize and execute large complex tasks
  • Basic SolidWorks skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Critical path scheduling and use of Gantt charts

Preferred Competency/Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Computer Science, Business, or Engineering preferred)
  • At least three years of related experience preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable

This is an in-office position at our main office in New London, MN. Highly qualified candidates may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
