Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through meticulous testing and analysis.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality inspections and tests on products to ensure adherence to company standards

-Operate instruments used for scientific and qualitative testing, including viscometers, scientific balances, color analyzers, aW water activity meters, chromatographs
- Analyze product data and identify areas for improvement in quality control processes
- Perform quality audits to assess compliance with internal procedures and FDA regulations
- Document and maintain records of quality tests and inspections
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions

- Verify facility cleanliness and continuing adherence to GMP standards.

Skills:

- Proficiency in quality assurance, control, and systems
- Familiarity with FDA regulations related to product quality
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Strong skills in data collection and interpretation

Required :

- Basic computer skills and aptitude for speadsheet and word processing programs including Excel, Word, and Google suite
