Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, objectives, and budget
- Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Develop detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design plans are implemented accurately
- Oversee the installation of design elements and provide guidance to contractors as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in interior design techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Interior Designer
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and team members
