Nexeo HR Solutions is hiring Assembly Technicians in the Logan area. Assembly Technicians will be working with team members in rotating stations following blueprints/assembly drawings to assembly components in a clean room environment, adhering to SOPs, and WIDS. Candidates must work well with their hands, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products/components in a cleanroom environment.

• Rotate through specific production tasks.

• Conduct quality inspections and prepare products for shipment.

• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

• Use various tools and equipment (computers, hand tools, machinery, pallet jacks).

• Follow safety and cGMP requirements.

• Document tasks in Production Control Documents (PCD).

• Participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean, and 5S activities.

• Train and mentor co-workers as needed.

• Complete training and meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (2 years preferred).

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in basic math and measurement and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Consistent in following policies and meeting goals.

• Ability to work up to 12 hours in a fast-paced cleanroom with overtime as needed and ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive motions.

• Must pass a drug screening and background check.

• Specific gowning required (gloves, cleanroom shoes, hair & beard net, face cover, safety glasses).

• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and understanding of chemical hygiene (SDS for disinfectants, solvents, IPA).

Pay

$16.00 - $18.40 Per Hour

Schedule

Weekday and Weekend Day shifts available: 

Weekdays: Monday - Wednesday, every other Thursday 6:00am - 6:00pm

Weekends: Friday - Sunday, every other Thursday 6:00am - 6:00pm
