QualificationsThorough understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); advanced PC skills; working knowledge of accounts receivable practices and procedures; demonstrated experience in handling cash, checks, and credit cards as receipt for payment; excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people; ability to work collaboratively with a variety of departments, staffs, and students; demonstrated verbal communications skills; proven ability to work autonomously with multiple priorities and deadlines; ability to adapt to meet customer needs; detail-oriented, with an ability to address multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; availability and willingness to work extended and/or flexible hours as needed; willingness and ability to support and promote the Felician Franciscan mission and values of the University.
