VIC THE PICC is Hiring a Dispatch coordinator Near Lodi, CA
Job Description
We currently have two shifts open, the Dispatch Coordinator will be working weekly :
Sunday through Thursday - This is an overnight position and will be working the hours of 3 : 00 pm to 12 : 00 am PST.
Sunday through Thursday -This is an overnight position and will be working the hours of 10 : 30 pm to 6 : 30 am PST.
Our dispatchers take intake calls, receiving facility and patient details and then send out the appropriate nurse to service those facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls and intake patient information
- Follow strict HIPAA guidelines
- Retrieve information regarding facility and service needed
- Send calls out to the appropriate nurse.
- Track ETA's, actual time or arrival, and completion of service of nurses in the field
- Office duties such as filing, faxing, scanning etc
Qualifications
Candidate must possess the following qualities :
- Strong communication skills
- Customer / Client Focus
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Flexibility in the workplace is a must
- Computer literacy
- Be able to work independently
- High school diploma
- At least 1 year office experience preferred
