Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at Phoenix Physical Therapy in Lock Haven, PA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients, including assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing therapeutic exercises, monitoring progress, and evaluating outcomes. The Physical Therapist will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.
Qualifications
- Experience in Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Rehabilitation
- Ability to provide high-quality patient care
- Knowledge of various treatment techniques and modalities
- Experience in Home Care and developing personalized home exercise programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
