Responsibilities & Qualifications
Due to continuous growth, we are seeking a Route Driver to join our team in Detroit LOCATION
4 day work week
weekly pay Range $65,000-$75,000 based on experience, with the potential to transition to a commissioned route
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage route to maximize efficiency, productivity and revenue
- Manage load outs, inventories, quality-stains / damage
- Load unload / truck : organize products; invoices, inventory, maintain route books
- Expected route growth with current customers through sales.
- Truck Maintenance : timely communication of repairs, preventative maintenance, accidents
- Work directly with customers to ensure customer service, inventory, and quality control is maintained
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Ability to drive commercial motor vehicle, 26' box truck, for up to 12 hours on a daily basis
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 25 pounds on a frequent basis
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum of 3 years’ of driver experience
- Sense of direction / knowledge of area
