Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing lessons across developmental domains, toddler & child care, and working with students on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities:

- Assist in implementing engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Assist in conducting assessments
- Collaborate with Lead Teacher with completing preparation for lessons, classroom organization and maintenance, and material development.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity and curiosity
- Incorporate activities that promote language, cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of children, including those with special needs
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
- Familiarity with state licensing requirements for preschool teachers
