Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for all Marketing efforts for the company reporting to the Senior Vice President of Business Development. The right candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent written/verbal communication skills, can take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. We are looking for a resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support our senior level team in the pursuit to reach new clients and obtain more work.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures including reporting all accidents, incidents, and near-misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value – Safety first, in everything we do.
  • Work closely with Senior leadership to define, implement, and manage TMC marketing strategy for optimal performance and results.
  • Update both marketing and department brochures (Design, Build, Construction Paving, Energy and Rail) on an annual or as needed basis
  • Update/maintain all corporate marketing media (brochures, PowerPoints, Project-specific items).
  • Design, development and management of company website.

  • Develop and execute TMC marketing and communication strategy to support overall brand growth.

  • Design and develop creative marketing pieces for career fairs, construction fairs/forums and meetings.
  • Ensure the Alternate Delivery proposals, designs and messages in marketing literature and campaigns meet the company brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and oversee the creation of marketing and advertising videos.
  • Act as a strong ambassador, curator, and protector of TMC brand, ensuring consistency in corporate image and brand throughout all activities and events.
  • Collaborate with regional offices to create thought leadership articles to further promote brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-year degree in Marketing or related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experienced in digital, PR, media, internal and external communications.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of both internal and external communications.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office 365 products. Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Strong and creative written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented individual.
  • Self-starter that can follow thru and follow of on tasks with coordination of senior level staff.
  • Expeditiously complete assigned tasks in a deadline drive atmosphere.
