ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Oversees Residential Programs and Processes of the Agency

1. Conducts corrective action on issues of clinical non-compliance by staff
2. Oversees Residential for clinical programmatic 
3. Works in cooperation with the Chief Administrative Services Officer and Chief Clinical Officer to assure achievement of responsible program and staff productivity standards
4. Coordinates the development of service-related reports required by the Arkansas Department of Human Services
5. Develops best practice documentation for residential
6. Implements and monitors quality assurance practices.
7. Facilitates teamwork across disciplines with high-level management support. 

B. Regulatory Standards:

1. Assures adherence to UM, PIC, QA2. Ensures compliance with appropriate state and federal laws3. Ensures compliance with CYF Clinical Standards4. Ensures compliance with JCAHO requirements5. Ensures compliance with Medicaid Standards6. Ensures compliance with DYS Standards7. Ensures compliance with Child Care Licensure, Health Department, OSHA Standards8. Ensures compliance with The Centers Policies and Procedures
