Please only apply if you live in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. This is a hybrid position, but you will be required to conduct seller appointments in and around the local area.

Company Overview :

We are a local real estate investment firm who buys houses fast for cash. We advertise with direct mail and online. We also purchase properties listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) since a member of our firm is a licensed Realtor.

We are marketing machines and train our team to convert these leads like absolute animals. Our team has been buying houses for over 10 years and we purchase approximately 100 houses per year.

Essential Job Functions :

How it works :

  • Some appointments are generated for you. You will be talking to motivated homeowners who want to sell their house. All you need to do is negotiate the buying price, the rest is taken care of for you.
  • While you are in a training period you will be required to prospect leads from different creative and top of industry processes that put us ahead of all of our competition.
  • You will work between 40-50 hours per week.
  • This is your chance to learn from successful business leaders who have made millions of dollars buying and selling real estate and this opportunity allows you to get to share in the success of our already proven system.

How much money you make is only limited by your skills and willingness to hustle.

Minimum Requirements :

While the company is open to anyone who has what it takes to produce results and make big money, they imagine this position is going to be filled by one of two types of people :

  • A sales master who has tons of experience closing deals.
  • An entrepreneur-minded individual with a sports background who is a people-person and who enjoys working in a team environment.
