Job Summary

Cashier / Receptionist at Bell & Bell GMC is a Full-time, hourly Administrative job in the Automotive industry.

This role is located in Little River, South Carolina and focuses on individual contributions to the company.

The Cashier / Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for all incoming customer and vendor inquiries, and provides a wide range of administrative support services to all other departments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance to company policy
• Balance reports and transactions at the end of the day
• Maintain the cashier area; ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
• Answer incoming calls in a timely fashion, routing them to the appropriate departments
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
• Problem solve and troubleshoot when needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 3 years customer service / administrative experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and other relevant software
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
