Brethren Village Retirement Community, in Lititz, PA, is hiring friendly and dependable full-time and part-time Servers and Lead Servers. No prior experience is required for non-Lead positions; we will provide paid training.
Brethren Village offers our Servers a stable hourly wage rather than relying on tips ($14.00 or $16.50 for Lead Server); $.50 extra per hour for weekend work; every other weekend off.
Our Servers work in various dining areas - our full service restaurant open to the public and our casual Bistro - and help with catered functions. Servers provide exceptional service and hospitality to dining guests.
