Looking for a Building Automation System Technician to join our team and start a great career. This position is responsible for programming, commissioning, and servicing commercial building automation systems.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and comply with intended sequence of operation to program and implement control strategy.
- Develop controller logic and graphical interface for building automation control systems for owner facilities.
- Load programs in controllers and ensure systems are working properly on customer sites.
- Understand and troubleshoot networking (BACNET).
- Ability to correctly diagnose and repair systems problems.
- Physical checkout of input / output electrical wiring.
- Verifying proper installation and operation of control components.
- Provide training of the control system to the customer.
- Manage customer service relationships and expectations.
